Jose brings an extensive background in finance to his real estate projects with an extraordinarily successful banking career of 35 years with 25 of those as CEO and president of four banks. Additionally, he served as head of a public company audit committee as their “Financial Expert.“ In banking he gained tremendous knowledge of all real estate related matters– as investments and for personal use—in financing properties all over the South Florida Area.
He deftly understands that someone’s home is likely to be their largest investment and should be treated as such with obtaining the extremely important market analyses to ensure the home purchase is the right fit and then to help the buyer secure the proper financing.
In addition, Jose has built and renovated more than 15 homes and with this extensive experience is acutely aware of all aspects of the process. Greatly connected in the community, Jose has been involved in numerous community philanthropic organizations, from Hospital President, Florida Grand Opera President, and many Museum Boards.
