A Miami native, Alex is a Tri-County expert. Growing up near the Dade-Broward border and raised in Miami Lakes has given him an intimate view into the flourishing of Northern Miami- Dade County.
His financial background as a stock market executive on Brickell acquainted him with the Central Business District. He settled in Morningside and later moved to Palm Grove in the Upper Eastside where he served as president of the homeowners association. He found his natural paradise oasis in Biscayne Gardens, his home for more than 15 years. Also, as the owner of a boutique land-use/compliance consulting firm, he brings uniquely valuable expertise to every real estate transaction.
When Alex isn’t busy finding your dream home or perfect investment opportunity, you will find him fishing or tending to his significant and awarded orchid collection.
