Vickie brings extensive insight and experience to her clients with more than a decade of real estate dealings focused on income-producing properties, buyer representation and sellers marketing. She also maintains her own portfolio of real estate holdings, including condos, single family homes, multi-income holdings and manages nine tenant-properties in the U.S. and South America. So, she knows first-hand what the business of real estate investing entails.
With an international and multi-cultural background (Latin America, North America, Europe) and a passion for real estate, travel, culture, lifestyle experiences, she is the ideal agent to help you reach your goals, whether it’s buying, selling or investing. She fluently speaks English, Spanish and French.
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Vickie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a college degree in Business Administration in Lausanne, Switzerland. She also holds a Master in Business Finance. She began her career in marketing for 3M in the Caribbean and was appointed regional lead for the Consumer, Office and Electrical divisions.
She was recruited by Bacardi North America, with its headquarters in Miami. While at the largest privately owned spirits company, she affirmed her career in consumer goods, lifestyle and luxury marketing where she worked on prestigious brands such as BACARDI Rum, GREY GOOSE Vodka and BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin, among other boutique portfolio offerings.
Vickie went on to lead the SANTA MARGHERITA portfolio of wines, as the Italian parent company transitioned to headquarter an entirely independent operation in the US. She successfully led the startup operation and expanded the portfolio, while she cemented a full-service marketing team from the ground up.
Vickie then made the decision to focus on real estate full time to further help others do what she’d already put into practice and learned for herself by attaining financial independence through real estate over the years.
In her free time, she enjoys the beach, yoga, surf vacations and her two rescue dogs.
